At Microsoft, he was the Chief Architect of the .Net Center of Excellence as well as the Program Co-Lead for the Net Effect program. Prior to Microsoft, Raj served as Director of Engineering at Blue Coat, leading the Server Accelerator product effort, which remains a core component of the company's revenue mix. Additional roles include Director of Engineering at NUKO, Technical Scientist for Boeing Computer Services and software consultant at Tata Consultancy Services in Mumbai, India.

Director of Engineering
Scott is the Director of MCSI's Engineering Group. Prior to joining MCSI, he was an engineering manager with Hewlett-Packard Company working on various networked storage technologies. Before HP, Scott managed software development in Compuware's EcoTools division, and was a Software Engineer for several Defense contractors, including Raytheon, Texas Instruments, and Tiburon Systems. Scott is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland, and served in the United States Navy through two Arabian Gulf deployments from 1990 through 1994.
